Toothpaste Tablet – how to use
· Wet your toothbrush (manual or electric – we have found the foaming is better with a manual brush for some reason)
· Chew tablet – bite 2-3 times on the tablet so it starts to break up. With your tongue you can move the tablet around your mouth to get good coverage of all your teeth
· Brush as normal for 2 minutes
· Spit out at end – don’t rinse
· Bob’s your uncle (he’s actually my father-in-law..!)
ohtooth toothpaste tablets do not have the same ‘foam’ as conventional toothpaste due to the fact they don’t contain SLS (you will find all toothpaste tablets are the similar in this respect). They work just as effectively - they are just different and something you will quickly get used to.
Toothpaste Tablet – cautions
Although the toothpaste tablet pouch has a PLA bio-plastic lining which protects it from moisture, it can still absorb moisture if not closed fully or stored in a damp area e.g. bathroom. Moisture can change the texture of the tablet and cause them to crumble more easily, however they are still perfectly useable. It is preferable to store them in a sealed container to help keep your tablets crunchy for longer.
The toothpaste tablets are for all mouths and teeth over 7 years of age. It is important that any little people using them are supervised until such a time as they are able to use them independently. It is important that the tablets are stored away from young children. They are only to be used as directed, for cleaning teeth, and are not to be eaten or ingested. If multiple tablets are ingested simultaneously medical advice should be sought.
