Vitalis Health Yoga Studio, Level 3, Merrion Business Centre, 58 Howard Street, BT1 6PJ (Belfast City Centre).
Dr Siobhan Graham will meet you at the front door to the business centre.
There is a lift and ramp if needed to access the front door.

Running for 6-weeks every Tuesday lunchtime from 3rd March
This class is open to everyone and led by Dr Siobhan Graham
Lasts 45 minutes and includes a guided meditation and short talk
We provide cushions, chairs and mats
Light refreshments available if you’d like stay for 15 minutes afterwards
Classes can be booked weekly or as a batch of six
£10 per class

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when we pay attention moment to moment, without judgement, accepting what comes along just as it is. This paying attention or acknowledging without judgement, allows us to recognise how we may react normally and how that feels within our body.
