What Is the Vitalis Health GP membership?

Vitalis Health’s membership is a monthly payment plan which helps you spread the cost of your appointments. There is a fixed monthly membership fee, and in return you will receive a number of GP appointments for you and/or your family.

We also offer a GP PLUS membership plan which also includes an Annual Health Check, In depth Well-person bloods tests, plus other benefits.

JUST GP

Our Just GP membership provides you with access to an agreed number of 30 minute GP appointments throughout the year plus 10% off procedures and the flu vaccine.

If you or your family have no reason to see the GP you can use your appointments for an annual physical health check, and baseline well-person bloods worth £130

GP PLUS

Through our GP Plus Membership as well as access to an agreed number of 30 minute GP appointments you have peace of mind of our comprehensive annual health check

The annual in depth Health Check, includes in depth Wellness blood tests worth £340*.

This plan also includes the added membership benefits of 10% off procedures and access to a GP during week-day holiday closures.

 
 

Why Join the Membership programme?

  • Regular GP checks can help us understand changes in your health earlier. It also helps us advice you on preventing disease as we age.

  • Along with saving money, all members are given priority when making an appointment. Where no appointments are available, we will do our best to open an appointment for you, or offer a suitable alternative such as a telephone consultation.

  • We aim to offer patients an appointment on the day of the enquiry, or within 24 hours.

  • Vitalis Health members will also receive discounted flu vaccinations, ear wax removal services, coil & implant contraception removal and minor ops services such as cyst and mole removal procedures.

  • GP Plus members will have access to a GP by telephone or video during weekeday holiday closures.

Frequently asked questions

Is my relationship with my NHS GP affected?

No, we encourage you to remain registered with your NHS GP.

With your permission we can share your consultation information with your GP, however appointments can remain as private as you wish. Please note that we do not have access to your records with your NHS GP.

Do you provide appointments for Children?

Yes, we can see children from birth. We can do baby checks at 6 weeks and advise on feeding, your babies general health and all other concerns.

We can also provide childhood vaccinations such as the MMR but also routine vaccines for any kids who are travelling.

What if I can’t attend the clinic?

If you are unable to get to our clinic, we can offer you a telephone or video consultation with one of our GPs.

You do need need top download any Apps for the video . If a script is needed we will email that to a pharmacy near you that day.
