What Is the Vitalis Health GP membership?
These are monthly payment plans which help you keep a check on your health each year or through out the year.
You can opt for just GP appointments or go for an annual check in with your doctor plus annual advanced wellness blood tests.
There is a fixed monthly membership fee, and in return you will also receive a number of GP appointments.
Our plans encourage to come and see us for a check-upp annually, wehre we can discuss any current health concerns and also discuss disease prevention and screening for cancers.
There is a £50 onboarding fee for all membership plans.

Why Join the Membership programme?
Regular GP checks can help you understand changes in your health earlier. It also helps us advise you on preventing disease as you age.
Along with saving money, all members are given priority when making an appointment.
We aim to offer patients an appointment on the day of the enquiry, or within 24 hours.
You will also receive discounted flu vaccinations, ear wax removal services, coil & implant contraception removal and minor surgical procedures services such as cyst and mole removal procedures.
We will also remind you about screening for cancer and heart disease.
Please note, that membership benefits will only become available once we have received your first monthly payment.

Frequently asked questions
Is my relationship with my NHS GP affected?
No, we encourage you to remain registered with your NHS GP.
With your permission we can share your consultation information with your GP, however appointments can remain as private as you wish. Please note that we do not have access to your records with your NHS GP.
Do you provide appointments for Children?
Yes, we can see children from birth. We can do baby checks at 6 weeks and advise on feeding, your babies general health and all other concerns.
We can also provide childhood vaccinations such as the MMR but also routine vaccines for any kids who are travelling.
What if I can’t attend the clinic?
If you are unable to get to our clinic, we can offer you a telephone or video consultation with one of our GPs.
You do need need top download any Apps for the video . If a script is needed we will email that to a pharmacy near you that day.
