There are many reasons why you may not be able to attend your usual NHS or private GP clinic. At Vitalis Health we offer video and telephone consultations to see a doctor from the comfort of your home. Video consultations are a useful way for you to get medical advice early for any concerns you may have without having to travel to the clinic.

You can do your video call on a Smart phone. tablet or laptop. No Apps are required. Just click on the link and wait to see the doctor.
STEP 3:
Pick up your medication from a pharmacy near you in Northern Ireland.
All private scripts are emailed to your chosen pharmacy. You then pay for the medication at the Pharmacy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I have a video / phone consultation?
You may have symptoms of a sore throat, a cough, sore ears, grumbling abdominal pain, acne, a new rash, feeling low, or you may just need advice about something. This is a great way to talk directly and promptly (same day appointments available) to one of our GPs to get medical advice early for any concerns you may have without having to travel to the clinic.
You may need to get the doctor to order you a repeat prescription.
How does the video call work?
After booking you will be sent a link to the appointment and can click on this when your appointment is due. There is no need to download an app.
At Vitalis Health we use a secure video platform which is GDPR compliant. It is not possible to record the consultation.
Can I get a prescription over the phone or a via video consultation?
Yes, prescriptions, if needed, will be sent that day to a pharmacy in the UK near you. There are a list of pharmacies both in the Belfast and Northern Ireland area as well as Mainland UK that we can order prescriptions to. Please note we do NOT prescribe habit forming or addictive drugs (some of which are controlled medications) via online consultation.
Where can I access a video / phone consultation from?
Great news - you don’t have to be based in Northern Ireland or Belfast to access our video / phone consultations. We can provide same day video / phone private GP appointments and prescriptions to anyone from London to Birmingham, the Highlands of Scotland, Glasgow, Wales, Cardiff, Brighton etc as well as all over Ireland, Dublin, Galway, Sligo, Donegal, Limerick, Cork…
