Vitalis Health is a private GP clinic offering GP appointments in the heart of Belfast city centre, Northern Ireland.
Specialising in general practice, Dr. Graham also has a Masters degree in Sport & Exercise Medicine and a special interest in Rheumatology.
Along side routine GP care, Dr. Graham uses tailored exercise programmes, nutrition, and mindfulness to manage common conditions such as type-2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, depression and anxiety.

Yoga & Exercise Classes
Yoga is an ancient practice of exercise and meditation that connects us to our body and mind. It is not linked to any religion, but, on the contrary is practiced through out the world by men and women of all faiths.
It is associated with improved strength, fitness and mental health.
Dr.Graham has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed her yoga teaching training, while four months pregnant, at the Nexus Yoga Institute, Costa Rica. She offers both private and group yoga classes
Regular aerobic and strengthening exercises can help us live longer and happier lives. Both types of exercise reduce blood pressure, and improve cholesterol and glucose profiles. Strength training along with a good diet will maintain strong bones, reducing fractures as we age.
During her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, Dr.Graham carried out research into the effects of exercise in rheumatoid arthritis. She supervised two exercise programmes investigating the benefits of aerobic and strength exercises in women with Rheumatoid arthritis.
