The Sports PErformance Health Check

This is a health check-up with a range of blood tests specific to athletes. This health check include the baseline bloods plus wide array of vitamins and the Omega 6:3 ratio of red cells wall.

It is suitable for anyone over the age of 18

what’s Included?

  1. It includes 69 markers of health status.

  2. Full lab report

  3. Detailed Doctor’s report: All tests are reviewed and reported by our doctor.

  4. Compilation of results and their meaning

  5. Bespoke advice sheets on how to improve on anything that needs attention.

  6. If any of the vitamins are low or high we will recommend dietary changes +/- supplements to address this. In some cases we may recommend seeing a nutritionist.
