The Healthy heart Wellness Health Check

This is a heart check-up carried out by our Health Care Assistant, Tina. All blood tests and other examinations are reviewed by our doctor. As well as your bloods, It also includes an electrical tracing of the heart called an ECG which is reviewed by our doctor.

It is suitable for anyone over the age of 18

A summary of your heart health and when to repeat any tests.

If the Doctor considers you are at increased risk of heart disease, they will recommend diet and lifestyle changes. In some cases this may include the recommendation of a Statin medication.

In some cases you will be advised to see one of our doctors that day.

  10. Blood pressure, height and weight, BMI.

  11. Estimate risk of heart disease and what to do to reduce this risk

    Full written report with recommendations compiled by one of our experienced doctors.

    We also send out detailed information on how to improve any tests that may be abnormal.

 
 

Preparing for your medical health check

You must be fasting for these health checks as this gives us a better picture of your glucose, and triglycerides.
