The Baseline Wellness Health Check

is our most cost effective assessment of your health. It is for anyone under the age of 40 who is in general good health and of normal body weight.

  9. Cholesterol & Lipid Tests (Must be fasting for 12 hours)

  11. Urine is checked for any sign of infection or disease within the bladder

  12. Blood pressure, height and weight and BMI

  13. Estimate risk of heart disease and what to do to reduce this risk

  14. Full written report with recommendations compiled by one of our experienced doctors.

  15. We also send out detailed information on how to improve any tests that are abnormal.

 
 

Preparing for your medical health check

You must be fasting for these health checks as this gives us a better picture of your glucose, triglycerides ( a type of fat in the blood similar to your cholesterol)
