This is a Home Blood Test.

Blood tests can often detect Beta-HCG at lower levels than urine tests, so this test can help to confirm your pregnancy at the earliest possible date. The test checks for the presence of the hormone Beta-HCG. When Beta-HCG is present, this confirms a pregnancy, and the quantitative levels in the blood can sometimes be used to detect the gestational age of the foetus.

Test results are typically ready within 2-5 working days of receipt at the laboratory, and will be shared with patients via email. If you do not receive your results within this timeframe please contact our clinic. All test results remain confidential and are shared only with the patient.
