What if I need a physical examination?
If, during your consultation, the doctor feels you would benefit from an in-person assessment, they will advise you accordingly.
Please note: We do recommend that new patients book an initial in-person GP appointment. This is a longer appointment time and gives you the opportunity to meet your doctor, allows us to gain a thorough understanding of your medical history, and helps us provide the highest standard of ongoing care.

Virtual consultations are not for medical emergencies or when a physical examination is required.
