We will monitor your blood pressure, listen to your heart and lungs, check your weight and discuss general health to keep you in good shape for the year ahead. You can contact reception to arrange this.

There is a one-off £50 joining fee for all new members.
If you are a regular patient with Vitalis Health (attended 1 or more appointments within the last year) and would like to join the membership, please reach out to the team before joining online for a code that you can use at checkout to waive the £50 joining fee.
We use GoCardless to make paying for your membership simple and hassle-free. Once set up, your monthly payments are taken automatically from your bank account.
If you would prefer to pay an alternative way, please contact us in advance by email and we’d be happy to discuss other options.
Simply email or call reception to make an appointment. Your patient record will indicate to the team that you are a member and will show how many available benefits you have remaining.
