Knee Osteoarthritis

While another doctor in the US advised me to lay off the exercise, Dr. Siobhan had me strengthening my leg muscles, icing , working on balance and improving my diet.  After initially easing off the tennis, working hard on the strengthening of my inner thigh muscles, leg and core muscles I was able to return to tennis and continue to surf. 

My X-rays confirmed Dr.Siobhan's diagnosis of middle knee osteoarthritis, but I'm feeling better than ever now thanks to Dr.Siobhan's rehab exercises.
